Chris Corcoran is the Director of Small Ship Management Ltd. and will personally carry out your instructions.
Following a seafaring career in tramp ships, refrigerated cargo vessels, passenger ships and coasters, Chris spent 20 years training seafarers, yachtsmen and women. His command experience includes sand dredgers, tugs, and a research vessel. He spent 12 years in the Ports Industry as a Wharf Manager, Stevedore, Ships Agent and Harbour Master in the ports of South and West Wales. He has been undertaking marine surveys on a part-time basis for over 30 years.
He holds a British Master's Certificate (STCW validated), is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport, a Member of the Nautical Insitute and holds a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies. Other maritime qualifications include Risk Assesment, Oil Spill Response, Security and Health & Safety.
